Overview
You will be the go-to person for all HR related topics in our Ljubljana office and will manage HR processes like talent acquisition, talent development, performance management and employee relations. You will work with and support colleagues and managers from other IT offices across Sportradar group offering expertise and support on all HR topics and also work on global HR projects together with our centers of excellence (TA, TD, Comps etc.). Being part of the central HR team, you will have the opportunity to help create a fun and innovative work environment where people are able to grow and perform to their best capabilities and help our organization reach its long-term objectives.
The Challenge
- Manage HR processes in our Ljubljana office for 130 people
- Work together with the HR Business Partner for group IT, global HR team and other offices in a wide range of global HR topics and projects
- Manage projects and process implementation across all HR disciplines locally and across other IT offices at Sportradar
- Manage talent acquisition and support local hiring managers
- Manage all local training & development activities
- Manage one person office administration team that supports HR with administrative and operational tasks
Your Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor´s Degree in HRM or a related discipline
- Understanding of HR best practices across all HR disciplines
- Experience from the IT industry
- Experience working in an international environment across multiple countries
- Ability to prioritize and solve most meaningful issues and make progress on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Eye for detail, accurate, analytical and self-motivated
