Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build the best gaming platform for Esports fans and players.
We appreciate people who express themselves deeply and speak clearly. Working on early-stage products excites you and you love collaborating with other teams to find best solutions for the product. You understand that this is a team sport and that we can only win together. If you are passionate about gaming, Esports and working with the latest technologies, you will have a blast working at FirstBlood.
YOU WILL BE:
– Researching the esports ecosystem and ensuring we maintain a product-market fit
– Monitoring and researching analytical data to increase our understanding of user journeys
– Writing specifications and user stories for new products and features
– Working closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure delivery of feature requests
– Working with the marketing and community teams to help shape the product in line with user expectations
WE EXPECT:
– You love charts and numbers and have experience with preparing in depth reports
– Knowledge of Google Analytics / Mixpanel or similar products
– Ability to juggle priorities and organise work according to the strategic roadmap
– You are motivated, self driven and lead by example
– Excellent communication skills (English is a must)
– Strong analytical thinking and comfortable with decision making
– Curious by nature and want to know how things work from product perspective
– You are comfortable working and jumping in wherever is needed

– You are passionate about games.
– Worked in a tech startup environment before
– Basic knowledge of relational databases
– You know a thing or two about the blockchain.
